Banquet Facility Rental Rates
Saturdays: $2000 – Up to two additional hours may be purchased at $175 per hour.
Fridays and Sundays: $1500 – Up to two additional hours may be purchased at $150 per hour.
Monday – Thursday: $125 per hour, 4 hours minimum. Rental hours begin with facility occupation.
The event time on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is 6 hours. Renters are allowed in 2 hours directly before their event for decorating and set-up and one hour after the event for clean-up. In some instances, it may be possible to set-up the day before.
Events occurring Sundays – Thursdays must end by 11pm with clean-up and vacating the building by 12am.
Events occurring Fridays and Saturdays must end by 12am with clean-up and vacating the building by 1am.
Please note: A security guard fee and/or a refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $400 may be required. To secure a date, a down payment of $500, or half the facility rental (whichever is less) is required with the balance due no less than two weeks before the event.
Mondays - Thursdays between 9am and 5pm only.
* Closed on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Year’s Day. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Please keep in mind to reserve your date early when the holidays are approaching, as we will book up quickly. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, other fees may apply. Some holiday rates may be higher.
