Rental Rates & Event Policies

Rental Rates

Saturdays: $2,000 — Up to two additional hours may be purchased at $175 per hour.
Fridays and Sundays: $1,500 — Up to two additional hours may be purchased at $150 per hour.
Monday–Thursday: $125 per hour (4-hour minimum). Rental hours begin at the time of facility occupation.

Event Duration

Event time for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is 6 hours. Renters may enter the facility 2 hours prior to the event for decorating and set-up and are allowed 1 hour after the event for clean-up. In some cases, next-day set-up may be allowed, depending on availability.

Event End Times

  • Sunday–Thursday events must end by 11:00 PM, with clean-up and building vacated by 12:00 AM.
  • Friday and Saturday events must end by 12:00 AM, with clean-up and building vacated by 1:00 AM.

Additional Fees & Requirements

A security guard fee and/or a refundable $400 cleaning and damage deposit may be required.
To secure a date, a $500 down payment (or half the facility rental, whichever is less) is required. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the event.

Holiday Closures

The venue is closed on:
Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
We reserve the right to refuse service.

Please reserve your date early during holiday seasons, as availability fills quickly.
